Gates Foundation SLASHES Staff—Epstein Review EXPLODES…

The Gates Foundation announced a 20 percent workforce reduction while launching an external investigation into Bill Gates’s relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, marking a crisis point for one of the world’s largest philanthropic organizations.

Foundation Under Fire After DOJ Email Release

CEO Mark Suzman disclosed the workforce cuts and Epstein review in an internal memo to employees on Tuesday. The moves follow January’s Justice Department release of emails showing correspondence between Epstein and foundation staff members. DOJ documents also contained photographs of Gates with Epstein and images of Gates alongside women with redacted faces. Suzman told staff the organization faces challenging times requiring tough actions, with an update on the review expected this summer.

Shocking Allegations Surface in Epstein Files

Recent Epstein document releases contain disturbing claims against Gates. A 2013 email allegedly written in the voice of Gates advisor Boris Nikolic claimed the Microsoft founder sought drugs to address consequences of encounters with Russian women. The email stated Gates requested antibiotics to secretly drug his then-wife Melinda to treat a sexually transmitted disease. The correspondence appeared to be notes Epstein drafted for Nikolic, who reportedly considered resigning after Gates asked him to participate in a reputation cover-up scheme.

Foundation Denies Financial Ties to Epstein

The foundation issued a February statement asserting it never made payments to Epstein or employed him in any capacity. The organization expressed regret that staff members had interacted with the disgraced financier. During a February town hall meeting, a spokesperson told reporters Gates took responsibility for his actions regarding Epstein ties. Gates has maintained his relationship with Epstein was strictly philanthropic and acknowledged meeting him was a mistake. He denies any contact with Epstein’s abuse victims.

Organization Faces Credibility Crisis

Suzman’s memo revealed the foundation will review policies governing how new philanthropic partnerships are vetted and developed. The simultaneous announcement of mass layoffs and an Epstein investigation suggests the organization faces both financial pressures and reputational damage. The foundation’s troubles intensified as public scrutiny of Gates’s relationship with Epstein grew, with critics questioning how deeply the convicted sex offender penetrated the philanthropic organization’s operations and whether Gates’s personal conduct compromised the foundation’s mission and integrity.

  1. One of the other biggest allegations against Gates was that he wanted Epstein to use his influence to sway the Nobel Prize Committee to vote for him because of his “contributions” to society with health benefits to mankind and his support of the United Nations corrupt World Health Organization
