Uncovering the Dark History of the Democratic Party: Their Ties to the KKK

In a recent court ruling, a federal judge has once again denied former President Donald Trump's request for a new trial in the case of E. Jean Carroll. The renowned advice columnist accused Trump of defamation after he denied her allegations of sexual assault and called her a liar. This decision has caused quite a stir among conservative circles, with many expressing their disappointment and outrage.

According to the judge, Trump's argument that his comments about Carroll were made in the scope of his duties as President is "fundamentally frivolous." The court found that his remarks were personal in nature and not related to his official duties. As a result, Trump's request for the U.S. Department of Justice to take over the case was also rejected.

For conservatives, this ruling is seen as yet another example of the liberal bias in the legal system. It is no secret that the majority of judges in the United States lean left, and this decision only reinforces that belief. They argue that Trump's comments were made in the context of a political battle, and as a public figure, he has the right to defend himself against false accusations.

Moreover, the hefty $8.3 million judgment against Carroll has raised eyebrows among conservatives. They argue that this amount is exorbitant and clearly shows the bias against Trump. After all, why should Carroll be compensated for alleged harm caused by Trump's words when she herself has admitted that the alleged assault did not cause her any damage? It seems like a clear attempt to drain Trump's finances and tarnish his reputation.

This ruling also highlights the unfair treatment of men in the #MeToo era. As seen in other high-profile cases, such as that of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, men are often automatically presumed guilty in cases of sexual assault, with little to no evidence. In this case, there is no concrete proof of Trump's wrongdoing, yet he is still being punished. This sets a dangerous precedent and undermines the principle of innocent until proven guilty.

Conservatives also point out the double standard in the way the media has covered this case compared to others. While Trump's comments about Carroll have been widely publicized and scrutinized, the numerous allegations of sexual misconduct against President Joe Biden have been largely ignored. This selective outrage only further reinforces the belief that there is a political agenda at play.

The judge's decision has left many conservatives feeling disheartened and frustrated. It seems like yet another attack on Trump and his supporters, and a clear example of the legal system being used as a tool for political gain. Despite this setback, conservatives remain confident that Trump will continue to fight for the truth and justice will prevail in the end.

In conclusion, the federal judge's ruling against Trump and in favor of E. Jean Carroll has caused an uproar among conservatives. They view it as a clear example of liberal bias and double standards in the legal system. This case only further highlights the political divide in the country and the uphill battle that conservatives face in seeking justice for themselves and their leaders.

  1. Trump has no conception of truth , he is a habitual liar. He’s done this all his life. He’s a cheat. He fraudulently changed his business documentation to lower the value for tax purposes. He was instrumental in inciting the January 6 protest. He waited hours before calling the National Guard. He has no moral compass and people are following his deception. Stormy Daniels was used to keep the focus off him and all the things he’s done. If he gets the presidency, we are all going to be in a world of hurt. He wants to turn our country as an authoritarian country ruled by him and for his ego. We will all lose our freedoms as he takes control of everything. If you think, it will be better, God help you. I’m scared.

    • @Roseann Reilley…Your commentary would be accurate except the opening line should read: “Biden has no conception of the truth, he is habitual liar. Trump is no choir boy, but I’m not looking for a ‘religious leader’ as our president, but one that does well by the nation and it’s citizens. Joe Biden and company are virtual “wrecking balls”. You are evidently driven by the screed issued by the likes of Whoopi and her gang of associate liars.

  2. Nobody Relies On Propaganda Like Jack Booted Goose Stepping Nazis, Fascists, Socialists, Communists, Marxists & Other Democrats.

  3. Although I think his lawyers chose the wrong legal basis for the appeal, in so much as ANYONE of ANY status should have the right to defend oneself against false allegations – withOUT the need for concern of getting sued for doing so, I consider the decision to have been based upon bias & political motivation. My “best guess” is that the case would’ve been tossed out as baseless from the very start – IF it had been against Biden, rather than Trump

  4. Democrats all lean towards Communist Ideology, yet none of them seem to understand the damage they have done and are doing to Freedom in the US. Democrat Ideology would make our Forefathers turn in their graves if they could be aware of Todays Democrat ideology.
