This phenomenon; I.E. modern age cannibalism has occurred in Florida a few years back with victims having been found with parts of their face and other soft parts eaten by a deranged; I.E. understatement, perpetrator. Forensics were done of the victim and so too the perp to find out if they were infected with a new virus, called a “zombie virus” with people staggering about as in a movie about such, attacking anyone and then wreaking havoc upon their flesh. People need to carry serious pepper spray with them, cannister style that puts out a fog and not a simple stream with dye to mark the perp. There’s no ‘talking down’ someone that’s crazed with an urge to do such to another human. Don’t live in fear. Be prepared…!
