Two Buses of Immigrants Arrive at VP Kamala Harris’ Home

On Thursday morning, two migrant buses from Del Rio, Texas landed close to Vice President Kamala Harris’ home at the Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C.

75 to 100 Immigrants Sent From Texas

Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, sent anywhere from 75 to 100 individuals who were taken up at Eagle Pass, Texas.

The group comprises immigrants from Mexico, Uruguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Colombia. Contradictory to what Harris claimed in an interview on Sunday, several migrants who were questioned by Fox News Digital said they believe the border is open.

Following through on a similar pledge to dump off illegal immigrants in liberal states, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis sent two planes full of migrants to Martha’s Vineyard on Wednesday.

This latest caravan of buses arrived mere hours later.

When a spokesperson of the non-governmental organization Sanctuary DMV arrived, he or she informed the migrants they would be visiting a nearby church.

Sanctuary DMV’s Marla Bustillos told Fox News Digital they had been sitting at Union Station since six in the morning and only learned 20 minutes prior this would be the drop-off.

Southern States Inundated with Migrants

Southern states that are inundated with migrants and feel ignored by President Biden’s administration turned to the continued displacement of incoming illegal border crossers as a protest tactic.

Over the last week, Abbott dispatched scores of buses loaded with border crossers to Chicago, New York City, and Washington, D.C.

In his view, individuals in positions of authority in Washington, D.C. and New York City should face the facts of the border situation because border towns in Texas are overburdened.

Last Monday, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser announced a public emergency, due to the migrants’ buses from Texas and Arizona continuing to arrive in the city.

The Office of Migrant Services will be established thanks to Bowser’s emergency declaration, which will also reserve funds for migrant housing. The OMS will be in charge of giving migrants temporary housing, immediate medical care, travel, and other amenities.

The governors of Texas and Arizona are accountable for the public migrant emergency in the city, according to Brianne Nadeau, a member of the District of Columbia Council.

She and Bowser both stated during a situational report about migrant support on Thursday that the city’s facilities were not designed to handle the ongoing influx of migrants from the southern states.

Texas border towns, according to Abbott, are under siege. The Texas governor believes individuals who hold positions of authority in these liberal-run cities should confront the realities of the southern border problem.

Bowser has already twice asked for the National Guard to be called into action to help with the influx of thousands of migrants into the nation’s capital. The Pentagon has rejected both requests. This article appeared in The Patriot Brief and has been published here with permission.
