Former President Trump demanded the 2022 midterms in the state of Arizona be held anew unless America is “a third-world country.”
He called the results there “tainted” after Republican Senate challenger Blake Masters lost and GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake is trailing as the vote count continued.
Election Stolen Again, Trump Asserts
Trump issued his call for a “do-over” of the 2022 election in Arizona in a series of posts on Truth Social during Friday night and Saturday morning.
He seemed to compare the current delay in determining the final results from the vote in Arizona to his claims about voter fraud in the 2020 election. “They’re at it again,” Trump wrote with respect to Maricopa County, Arizona’s largest, with a population of over four million.
He complained that voting machines didn’t work “in large numbers,” though “only in Republican districts” and voters had to “wait for hours.” This ultimately caused many of them to leave the waiting lines “by the thousands.”
The 45th president of the United States also noted GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake got taken to vote to a “liberal Democrat district.” He described the 2020 midterms in Arizona as a “scam and voter fraud” and compared the vote to the “stuffing [of] the ballot boxes.”
Trump explicitly concluded that Blake Masters had the election “stolen” from him. “Do election over again!” the ex-president insisted.
According to the vote count in the Arizona Senate election, with 88% of the votes counted, as of 10 am EST on Sunday, Democrat incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly received 1,186,646 votes, or 51.8%, while Republican Blake Masters got 1,055,566 votes, or 46.1%.
In the Arizona gubernatorial election, with 88% of the votes counted as of 8 pm on Saturday, Democrat Katie Hobbs has 1,156,448 votes, or 50.7% vs. 1,122,319 votes, or 49.3% for Republican Kari Lake.
From President Trump:
Idiot, and possibly corrupt, officials have lost control of the tainted Election in Arizona. MACHINES BROKEN IN REPUBLICAN AREAS. A NEW ELECTION MUST BE CALLED FOR IMMEDIATELY! https://t.co/CJobXPjLtf— Theodore Dusablon (@dusabl1) November 13, 2022
Here we go again.
The steal is in, just like they stole the 2020 election. #Arizona— ❥❥❥𝔹𝕝❀𝕟𝕕𝕚𝕖❥❥❥ (@Cadence4Trump) November 12, 2022
The only Republicans coming out against what’s happening in Arizona are Trump, Masters, and Kari Lake!
Not a word from McCarthy, Graham, or McConnell!!

Trump’s Third-World Equation for America
Trump’s Truth Social posts came before the Senate race in Nevada on Saturday night was called for incumbent Democratic Sen. Cortez Masto. This is registering the loss of Republican candidate Adam Laxalt and securing the Democratic Party’s majority in the US Senate.
The former president warned Democrats are “pulling out all stops” in order to steal the Arizona Senate election. Then, Trump blamed Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for “doing nothing about this.”
Trump also blamed McConnell for pulling GOP funding from Blake Masters’ race in Arizona in order to fund the campaign of GOP Sen. Lisa Murkowski in Alaska, who is a known Trump opponent.
In another Truth Social post, Trump declared the “tainted election in Arizona” had been mismanaged by “idiot and possibly corrupt” officials.
“The USA is a failing nation,” POTUS 45 wrote further, as he posted an equation in which “rigged elections” and “open borders” equaled “third-world countries.”
His series of social media posts concluded with a call for a “new election” to be held “immediately.”
