The US Space Force was created in December, 2019 by President Trump as a proud new branch of our military.
It is the world’s first and only independent space force and should be a way for Americans to assert our national interest in the great beyond.
But far-left ideology is even invading our Space Force now, with a top commander being relieved of duty for expressing his opinions about the danger of neo-Marxist, left-wing propaganda.
Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Lohmeier was removed as commander of the 11th Space Warning Squadron at Buckley Air Force Base in Colorado several days ago “due to loss of trust and confidence in his ability to lead” according to Space Force.
It happened directly after Lohmeier went on a podcast to talk about his new book Irresistible Revolution: Marxism’s Goal of Conquest & the Unmaking of the American Military.
‘Prohibited Partisan Political Activity’
According to Space Force, Lohmeier made a wrong move by going on the podcast and may have crossed the line into conduct that’s not permitted in the military. Lt. Gen. Whiting who relieved him of duty is now also putting the process in motion to find out if Lohmeier is in even more trouble.
“This decision was based on public comments made by Lt. Col. Lohmeier in a recent podcast. Lt. Gen. Whiting has initiated a Command Directed Investigation (CDI) on whether these comments constituted prohibited partisan political activity.”
Lohmeier’s self-published book is already out of stock, made more famous by him being fired for it. It is about the left’s “neo-Marxist agenda” in our military and details how “the Black Lives Matter movement, anti-racism, postmodernism, [and] political correctness” are corroding the power of the United States and its ability to defend itself.
Lohmeier said he let everyone know including lawyers and his commanding officers before the book was published. This is not “partisan political” activity, it’s clearly Lohmeier engaging in his right to free speech and personal views.

Lohmeier: Neo-Marxism is ‘Being Pushed Constantly’
Lohmeier said he’s never put forward a specific partisan view and is just hoping his book can help the military get stronger and stop being an arm of the Democrat party.
“My intent never has been to engage in partisan politics. I have written a book about a particular political ideology (Marxism) in the hope that our Defense Department might return to being politically nonpartisan in the future,” Lohmeier.
Lohmeier said that far-left talking points and Marxist-inspired “diversity” training is required in many of his training requirements.
“The diversity, inclusion and equity industry and the trainings we are receiving in the military … is rooted in critical race theory, which is rooted in Marxism,” Lohmeier said, adding that members even are supposed to read a diversity pamphlet that refers to the United States as a “White supremacist nation.”
