An entire army of some 30,000 prisoners, such as murder and rape convicts, has been unleashed by the regime of bloodthirsty Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin to support his failing, faltering war effort against Ukraine.
Inmates Mixed with Mental Patients
The Putin regime has been recruiting prisoners as soldiers, or, rather, as cannon fodder, for the tyrant’s vicious invasion of neighboring Ukraine. The Russian regime is also recruiting patients from mental health hospitals.
Up until now, however, there was no reliable information as to exactly how many Russian prisoners agreed to go to Ukraine and risk their lives for the chance of getting released, paid lavishly, having their conviction records expunged, and even becoming awarded “heroes of Russia.”
The actual figure, though, which has been revealed, is staggering. It is close to 30,000, featuring murderers, thugs, rapists, and other hardened criminals of various backgrounds.

This is utterly sureal. Evgeny Prigozhin visits prisons personally, offers amnesty "in six months" if convicts go fight in Ukraine, "killers preferred, you will like it". Use Google translate. https://t.co/Upq66XA04o

Meanwhile, Prigozhin, owner of Wagner, visits prisons in Russia, saying: “With Putin’s ok, I offer you to join my militarized Organized Crime Group. Where we go, nothing living remains. You’ll either die or earn your freedom. I need conscious killers”. https://t.co/NhSd3zN2Nr

More than 28,000 prisoners including murderers, and rapists – one in 20 of Russia's entire jail population – have been freed to fight in Ukraine trained by the Wagner Group. Does anyone agree with me? The Wagner Group should be taken down, eliminated, and obliterated. Bye Bye???

A report by Volya (“Will”), an independent channel on the Telegram messaging service, as cited by The Daily Mail, claimed over 28,000 Russian inmates have already been shipped off to fight in Ukraine.
The number is much higher than previously believed. It accounts for more than 5% of Russia’s entire male prisoner population.
The revelation comes after a leaked video showed one of Putin’s top cronies and best buds, oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin, giving a recruitment speech before some 400 inmates in a penal colony in the autonomous Russian republic of Mordovia.
Prigozhin is usually called “Putin’s chef” because of the lavish catering contracts he has been handed by the Kremlin for supplying food to the Russian military.
The same individual is also known to western intelligence services as the head of internet troll farms whose job is to target the public in the United States and other western nations with disinformation and other influence campaigns.
In his “motivational speech” of several minutes before the Russian inmates, Prigozhin told the prisoners if they don’t volunteer to fight, he would have to go ahead and recruit their children as soldiers for Putin’s Ukraine war.
The oligarch admitted “this is a hard war” for Russia. It is turning out to be harder than the two rebellion wars in the Muslim province of Chechnya in the 1990s.
It’s also a reality that the consumption of ammunition in Ukraine is 2.5 times higher than what it was for the Soviet military back in 1942, during the Battle of Stalingrad in World War II.
The report claims some of the prisoners – mostly rich money launderers – who are technically getting recruited to fight in Ukraine, are actually paying hefty bribes in order to be released from that duty even as they volunteer.
These bribes being handed to the Russian regime from wealthy prisoners are said to range between $50,000 and $300,000 per person.

🇷🇺 authorities promise murderers & criminals possibility to "kill & torture Ukrainians as much as you desire", together with generous compensation & freedom from prison. "Putin's cook" Prigozhin personally visits prisons for that.#Ukraine #UkraineWar #RussiaIsATerroristState https://t.co/we6tYwUca9

Prigozhin spent 10+ years in prison himself in the 90s. I guess he's nostalgic for it. Also explains why he visits in person – maybe prisoners trust other prisoners more.
