Anthony Bouchard is a state senator from Wyoming who’s running for the US House of Representatives.

He announced he would be running for Rep. Liz Cheney’s seat ever since she turned on President Trump and said she’d vote to impeach him for supposedly inciting the Capitol riots on Jan. 6.

Bouchard is serious about winning, but he has a big problem.

He recently went on Facebook Live to make a shocking admission. He found out that the other side was digging up dirt on him and got ahead of it by telling everyone first.

‘Like the Romeo and Juliet Story’

When Bouchard was 18 he got a 14-year-old girl pregnant. According to his media statements, it’s not a huge deal.

“So, bottom line, it’s a story when I was young,” Bouchard said. “Two teenagers, girl gets pregnant.”

Although he admitted “she was a little younger than me,” Bouchard claimed “it’s like the Romeo and Juliet story.”

After she became pregnant, Bouchard married her at age 19, when she was only 15. At that time, they were both Florida residents; Florida state law at the time in the early 1980s allowed you to marry if a judge approved, parents gave permission and the girl was pregnant.

Bouchard says he resisted pressure to try to get her to have an abortion and she also didn’t want to do that.

He described family “pressure” to go into hiding. Bouchard then stated that the “only thing” he viewed as right at the time was getting married and taking care of the child.

An Unhappy Marriage

Sadly, the young couple divorced three years later and she killed herself at 20 in Jacksonville, Florida. Their son has also had problems with the law and been in jail.

Bouchard says her depression and suicide were due to another relationship she started having that went bad and the fact that her own dad killed himself.

Following his unnamed young wife’s death and the statutory rape that had led to her pregnancy and their marriage, Bouchard raised their son Tony.

Tony has unfortunately made “some wrong choices” throughout his life,” Bouchard said, adding that Tony has “almost become my estranged son.”

Tony was arrested in late 2018 and is being held on $500,000 for a number of sexual offenses.

Nonetheless, Bouchard says he still loves his son but he’d never abandon him.

Can Bouchard Still Win?

Bouchard clearly still wants to win. He talks a lot about the swamp and his supposed fight against the establishment, saying the current controversy is just drama and “politics” that he’s being dragged into.

According to Bouchard, he’s the target of a concerted effort by a reporter and opposition research company to knock him out of the race.

“We know the company that started this investigation,” Bouchard said, adding that this just shows “how dirty politics is.”
