The events of January 6, 2021 were not a step forward for the America First movement. It was a bad day. Crimes were committed and lives were lost, including unarmed Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt shot down inside the Capitol.
Though this day was not the “insurrection” the liberal media keeps trying to paint it as. Even the few who might have been inclined to violence simply didn’t have the tools and weapons to make it a reality.
Nonetheless, Joe Biden’s politicized Department of Justice (DOJ) is doing its best to slam pro-Trump patriots behind bars for as long as possible for the simple fact of having been at the protests and cheered along.
The latest person is a Michigan man by the name of Anthony Williams. He just received five years in prison for cheering on the riots and being happy about them.
This sounds like it must be fake news, but it’s actually what’s happening right now in Biden’s America.
What Did Williams Allegedly Do?
Williams is a guy from Michigan who went to the Capitol on January 6.
He believed the election was stolen and hates Democrats with a passion. He posted about this openly on social media, as well as often talking about nasty things like Democrats and anti-Trump figures deserving to be hanged for treason.
However, his nasty online speech is not what Williams got in trouble for. Instead, he got in trouble for going to the protests of January 6, cheering them on, and then not being sorry about it.
Many don’t realize how much the law is a matter of interpretation. It’s also the mood and reaction of a judge to someone’s personality, particularly their supposed and demonstrated remorse for what they did.
Williams didn’t do this. He went to trial and referred to J6 as the proudest day of his life. He was defending against a charge of disrupting government business, which really is a very vague charge.
There were a few charges out of this that also relate to cheering on the riots and being “enthusiastic” about them. He also allegedly took bottled water from a Capitol Hill cop; although he wasn’t charged for that.
At least theft would be a measurable, specific charge. Liberal Judge Beryl Howell wasn’t into enforcing the law though; she was more interested in worshiping at Biden’s flailing feet.

You Are Guilty of Being Happy!
Are we now Communist China where people get charged for having illegal emotions? Is feeling happy about protests now a literal crime?
Apparently, yes! Williams is going to jail for five years and three years being supervised daily after that. He’s also paying $7,000 in fines.
The biggest prosecutorial flop in recorded history is without a doubt the J6 persecution fest. A complete and total waste of time in a desperate attempt to coordinate the idea vector that Donald Trump is somehow an insurrectionist. Or something. A colossal nothingburger.

The Bottom Line
Justice in Joe Biden’s America depends primarily on one thing: your political views. There’s a reason that BLM arsonists and Antifa militants are walking scot-free, while patriots who waved a flag are headed to lockup.
The reason is we’re now living in a progressive police state. Best of luck to Williams in the big house.
