Recent reports and emails show the National Toxicology Program’s (NTP) six-year, delayed evaluation of fluoride’s toxicity was suppressed by governance within the U.S. government.
This includes the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Can’t Trust the Government
In particular, Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine interfered in June 2022 to halt the publication of the official monograph designated as the May 2022 NTP review.
However, the comprehensive report was finally published on March 15, 2023, after a protracted legal battle waged by the Fluoride Action Network (FAN).
The meta-analysis concluded there isn’t a safe level of hazardous fluoride exposure. Independent peer reviewers universally agreed that prior to conception and early life, fluoride exposure lowers IQ in children.
These findings were supported by the meta-analysis.
The administration’s actions to prevent the general population from recognizing that fluoride is negatively affecting our children are shocking. It underlines the widespread corruption that persists.
There has only been one other historical instance of an NPT report getting obstructed from release. That case involved bombshell information on the carcinogenic effects of Johnson & Johnson’s asbestos-contaminated talc.

Unsettlingly, the meta-analysis discovered that 52 of 55 studies — reflecting remarkable consistency — found lower IQ tied with increased fluoride exposures.
18 of the 19 studies with higher quality ratings discovered a lower IQ. NTP’s meta-analysis puts the danger into context using unavoidable data. The percentage of people who are mentally impaired would roughly double with a five-point drop in population IQ.

FAN makes the claim that the court has been waiting for the NPT’s monograph on fluoride’s detrimental effects on the neurological system and brain.
This has been the case ever since summer 2020 when the judge suspended the case after the first two weeks of trial and witness statements. This was done in the hopes that the monograph would be released soon after.
Fluoride Harms Children
The study’s authors came to the conclusion that fluoride, a long-debated health issue, was a presumed developmental neurotoxicant.
The majority of these investigations were conducted at exposure levels similar to those found in fluoridated neighborhoods.
The NTP went above and beyond the already groundbreaking studies by NASEM when it came to reviewing the report on fluoride’s dangers.
This is in contrast with past monographs on other substances, where there is typically only one public peer review that ends with a public referendum by a committee of scientists.
