Evil Biden to Use Executive Orders to Push Destructive Agenda

President Joe Biden cautioned on Friday that if Washington doesn’t produce a measure that’s fit for his objectives, he may take unilateral actions on climate change and universal healthcare.

He’s Not Holding Back

In a statement published by the White House on Friday, Biden remarked that executive actions will be put into place if congressional lawmakers ultimately fail to pass his agenda.

In his letter, Biden also emphasized the importance of healthcare, saying he would issue an executive order to cut back on the prescription drug costs and healthcare premiums for individuals and families.”

Biden did not go into detail in his remarks concerning the precise measures he would take to improve the healthcare system or the climate in his executive orders.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) reportedly informed top Democrats on Thursday, including Chuck Schumer (D-NY), that he will not support additional spending for climate-related initiatives or tax increases.

In a news interview on Friday morning, Manchin stated that until inflation numbers are out for this month, along with more data from the Federal Reserve, there should be a hold put on policies that would ultimately end up making inflation worse.

Manchin also strongly pushed back against Schumer pressing him to get on board with the agenda that Democrats want to get pushed now. The West Virginia Democrat reiterated inflation as a key problem that needs to first be handled.

Demands From Democrats

Democrats expressed dissatisfaction with the developments and asked that Biden take executive action to address climate change.

Sen. Shelton Whitehouse (D-RI) tweeted the following:

“With legislative climate choices apparently closed, it’s now the exact moment for executive Beast Mode. At last, freedom. Roll, then. All of it, starting right now.”

In response to Manchin’s decision, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden (D-OR) said, “this is our final chance” to pass legislation dealing with climate change.

However, a Manchin staffer told reporters last week that the congressman is extremely concerned about the inflation rate. According to a study released this week by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, inflation reached a record high of 9.1% in June.

According to Manchin spokesperson Sam Runyon, “political headlines are of no significance to the millions of Americans trying to pay food and gas as inflation jumps to 9.1 percent.”

“Senator Manchin thinks it’s time for leaders to set aside political ambitions, reassess, and adapt to the economic reality the country is facing to avoid adopting actions that fuel the inflation fire.”

Republicans claim Biden’s policies are largely to blame for rising inflation and high petrol costs.

Early in 2021, the president advocated the $2 trillion American Rescue Plan. Then, after taking office last year, Biden issued a number of executive decrees that specifically targeted the oil industry. This article appeared in Conservative Cardinal and has been published here with permission.
