The Kyle Rittenhouse trial has been going on for the past several weeks and it’s exposed the deep hypocrisy of the left.
In August of last year, Rittenhouse killed two men and injured a third when they chased him down a street threatening to kill him and take his Smith & Wesson semi-automatic rifle.
Now, new footage has emerged that wasn’t properly admitted to the trial; this has caused Rittenhouse’s legal defense team to now ask for a mistrial with prejudice.
This whole trial should never have happened, but now that we can see the prosecution hid evidence, it definitely should be a mistrial at the very least.
What Does the Video Show?
The video shows Joseph Rosenbaum running after Rittenhouse at high speed and not stopping. Rosenbaum, a convicted child molester who’d recently gotten out of a mental hospital, reportedly threatened to kill Rittenhouse and another man several times earlier in the day.
Rosenbaum said if he found them alone, he’d kill them, and reportedly seemed to mean it. Later in the night, Rosenbaum spotted Rittenhouse alone and ran after him, chasing him down and trying to grab Rittenhouse’s weapon.
For his trouble, Rosenbaum got killed. Then, domestic abuser Anthony Huber joined a mob trying to get Rittenhouse and also got killed. Afterward, Gaige Grosskreutz tried to come after Rittenhouse and beat him into the pavement, yet instead got his bicep shot off.
In all three cases, it’s clear Rittenhouse was defending himself and it’s so obvious that it’s unclear why this trial is happening exactly. It appears to only be happening as part of a leftist narrative with no actual evidence.
This effectively debunks the prosecution’s claim/lie that Rosenbaum pursued Kyle Rittenhouse “in self-defense.” It’s clear who’s defending himself here—Rittenhouse was defending himself from Joseph Rosenbaum.

Binger’s Lies and Manipulations
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger is an absolute fool who should be disbarred. He pointed a semi-automatic rifle at the jury during closing arguments (with his finger on the trigger).
Binger also withheld the high-quality version of the drone video so he could bias the trial. It’s no surprise the Rittenhouse team is calling for a mistrial with prejudice.
Rittenhouse has gone through a lot during the trial. He is already undergoing therapy for PTSD, so it will be awful to relive the trial. However, justice must be served and ADA Binger has thrown this case.
Leftist lawyers like this shouldn’t be anywhere near a courtroom where they routinely do sneaky and illegal things like hiding evidence. They only want to serve the narrative, not justice. America can’t afford these lies.

The Bottom Line
All the evidence in the Rittenhouse trial has shown he acted in self-defense. The prosecution’s argument is just that Rittenhouse shouldn’t have gone to Kenosha (maybe true, but not a crime), and that maybe witnesses imagined what they saw.
This is one of the most absurd trials ever. Rittenhouse is innocent…and now he may need to go through the trial again to prove it.
