Although it is still unclear when many public schools will open, the Democrats want to make sure that biological boys are allowed to use girls bathrooms.
Priorities are still priorities, after all.
During a Tuesday press conference, Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer made it clear he supports Joe Biden’s decision to allow transgender students to use whichever bathroom they wish, a sign of just how far the Democratic party has caved in to its fringe, far-left activist base.
Schumer Supports Biden on Trans Bathrooms: ‘I Agree With the Decision’
Biden has promised to require any schools that get federal funds to allow trans students to use whichever locker room and bathroom they want, as well as to compete in sports with the gender that they consider themselves to be.
“I agree with the decision and I know he’ll check things out thoroughly, legally,” Schumer said Tuesday when asked if he agrees.
Biden has vowed to use presidential authority to strike down Trump’s policies and support “LGBTQ+ rights and development” including ending the right to religious freedom exceptions to LGBT hiring and employment law.
This essentially means that Biden will use the immense power of the federal government to try to force people to break their religious beliefs when it comes to acceptance and validation of the LGBT lifestyle and identities by defining any opposition to LGBT ideology as “discrimination.”

Biden’s History of Pro-Trans Radicalism
In an ongoing demonstration of his full submission to the far-left of the increasingly unhinged Democratic party, Biden has a history of radical pro-trans statements that indicate he has no respect for parental authority or those who oppose transgender ideology on religious or scientific grounds.
It would seem that #BelieveInScience only applies when science sides with progressive ideology.
In keeping with Democratic talking points, he also masks a cynical and twisted view of childhood transgenderism by disguising it as a concern for human rights and the fight against “discrimination.”
This past October at a town hall, Biden said kids as young as 8-years-old should be allowed to transition their gender and said he plans to “flat-out just change the law” to allow that.
“There should be zero discrimination,” Biden said.
Biden has also promised to enact a new Equality Act to pump more money into LGBT causes and activism.
“My administration will enact the Equality Act to end legal discrimination against LGBTQ+ people, expand economic opportunities for LGBTQ+ people, reform our treatment of transgender and gender non-conforming individuals in our criminal justice system, ensure access to accurate identification documents, and improve government data collection to better track violence against the transgender community,” he said.
Schumer’s Spineless Submission
Schumer’s spineless submission to the radical left also shows how even former party moderates who sometimes preferred to remain slightly cautious have completely caved in on social issues and have absolutely no respect for any remaining socially conservative Democrats.
The opening of girls bathrooms to biological males – in particular – majorly increases the risk of sexual abuse and harassment situations and it is highly irresponsible and neglectful for progressives to play identity politics and endanger children and teens in the process.
The long list of sexual harassment issues that have happened as a result of trans bathroom access is staggering. When you add in raging teenage hormones you have a recipe for utter disaster, not to mention the complete unfairness and physical danger of injury that comes from allowing biological boys compete in girls’ sports.
So if a man wanted to he could throw on a wig and say "oh no im trans" and walk right in the ladies bath room, locker room etc. Same for a woman im 16 and see how this could go

Not only are politicians like Biden and Schumer ignoring the mountain of evidence showing the psychological and physical harm that transgenderism poses for many individuals who decide to transition – especially kids – they are also making it clear that they will take steps to dodge any legal responsibility for problems that occur in schools as a result of their reckless and perverted policies.
By moving the goalposts on what constitutes “discrimination,” the Democrats are playing a very dangerous game with the mental and physical health of America’s future generations.
