Conservative pundit Candace Owens is known for speaking her mind.
She says what she thinks and she doesn’t hide it. That’s made her a favorite target of the liberal media, especially because she is an unapologetic Black conservative.
As a co-founder of Blexit, Owens has worked hard to encourage fellow Black Americans to leave behind the victim mentality of the Democrat party and embracing a more positive path forward with the GOP.
Now Owens is speaking out against progressive insanity in California, with the state set to pass a law that hits shops with a $1,000 fine if they use the terms “boy” and “girl” in their stores.
It gets even worse than that, too.
Details of California’s New Law
California’s legislature is run by a majority of diehard progressives who support every social justice, critical race theory insanity you can imagine. Their latest law is aimed at punishing retailers who have different toy and clothes sections for boys and girls.
The law would hand out $1,000 fines to any stores that use the words boy or girl and who maintain “gender-specific” sections. It also would require that stores keep a “safe space” for kids.
The bill comes from California Assembly hacks Rep. Evan Low and Cristina Garcia and specifically requires that stores get rid of any gendered sections, which is something many stores like Target are already doing.
“This is something the industry is already doing. We’re just trying to play catch-up,” Low commented.
According to him the bill was inspired by a friend of his who had to look in the boys’ aisle for science project stuff.
“That was the impetus of this, which is how do we make a safe space today for children in society,” Low said.
Wow imagine having to look for science fair stuff in the boys section of a store! The victims of Stalin and starving people in Yemen truly have it easy compared to these poor Californians having to feel gender stereotyped.
What suffering, what pain they must be enduring!
If the bill goes through – which it probably will – it becomes law on Jan. 1, 2024 after which times businesses who like to have boys and girls sections will be paying out bigtime and be forced to stop selling clothes, toys or other items that are gender-specific.
This is insanity!

Just What Business Needs: More Regulations
At a time when Democrats have already subjected the country to devastating economic closures, mask mandates, lockdowns, job killing executive orders and extremely poor leadership under the senile mind of President Joe Biden, it is extraordinary that they would also be still slapping more ridiculous, burdensome regulations on businesses.
No wonder more and more people – including tech mogul Elon Musk – are choosing to leave California and pull their businesses out for greener pastures like Texas where they won’t be punished for success.
If a business wants to have a boys and girls section it can damn well have a boys and girls section. Let the consumer decide!
Why do people like Low and Garcia feel the need to force their childhood transgenderism and gender-neutral ideology on businesses in their state? Owens is 100% correct here:
These politicians on the left are despicable beyond belief. This is no longer about disagreement, this is truly an assault on our society and even the most average, normal things that we take for granted in daily life such as walking into a store and heading to a gender-specific section with our son or daughter to find what they need.
Now even that is about to be taken away, which will cause more kids to ask why and more parents to fall into the trap of telling them that gender isn’t real (it is real).
That’s why this bill is important and why it must be protested and voted down as much as possible.
