The mainstream media and their Democrat allies have clearly got a new target in mind.
It’s Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis.
Why? Because he’s a conservative, he’s tough, and voters like him.
That’s exactly what progressive extremists hate, because it gets in the way of their desire to control the narrative and the votes.
It’s also because DeSantis hasn’t gone along with their lockdown agenda.
DeSantis opened up Florida while others shut their states down. He’s resisted lies about COVID, been clear that he’ll oppose any vaccine passports and stood up to harmful lockdowns that most other politicians – right and left – have meekly accepted.
Also, DeSantis doesn’t take it lying down: he stands up to these cowardly bullies, recently telling a 60 Minutes crew that tried to directly lie about him and frame him falsely for a pay-for-play that he “punches back.”
Big Tech Comes for DeSantis
Now Big Tech is joining the pile-on, deleting a video of DeSantis and medical experts talking about the issues with children wearing masks to stop COVID from spreading. The roundtable discussion included Oxford epidemiologist Dr. Sunetra Gupta, Harvard professor Dr. Martin Kulldorff, Dr. Scott Atlas and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya from Stanford University.
Apparently that’s not enough credentials for YouTube, though.
Because Democrats don’t agree. And Democrats now decide what is acceptable to talk about or not since their guy is in the White House and their guys run the tech companies.
Does that sound just a little bit insane to anyone else or is it just me?
According to YouTube, the clips came down because doctors saying that children didn’t need to wear masks were spreading “medical misinformation.”
“YouTube has clear policies around COVID-19 medical misinformation to support the health and safety of our users,” said a YouTube rep, adding that the video was removed because “it included content that contradicts the consensus of local and global health authorities regarding the efficacy of masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”
“We allow videos that otherwise violate our policies to remain on the platform if they contain sufficient educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic context. Our policies apply to everyone, and focus on content regardless of the speaker or channel,” the rep added.
YouTube may not be aware that a large amount of masks were recently banned in Canada after kids in daycare and elementary school were found to have breathing difficulties and it was discovered the masks had asbestos in them.
But no, YouTube is concerned with the “danger” of qualified doctors talking about how kids wearing masks is unnecessary.

The Censors are Coming
In particular, the video has a part where DeSantis asks Kulldorf if kids really have to wear masks in school to keep each other and teachers safe.
Kulldorf replies honestly that in his medical opinion “children should not wear face masks, no. They don’t need it for their own protection and they don’t need it for protecting other people, either.”
Bhattacharya went on to say:
“I think it’s absolutely not the right thing to do… if we went back a year, a lot of experts would say that wearing masks for the general public is not evidence-based.”
Remember “believe in science?” It turns out that when these scientists explain why children wearing masks has no real evidence behind it the Democrats go nuts and start taking down videos.
These censors are getting bolder, and their stranglehold on the American media and Big Tech is only going to continue. At this point it’s up to publications such as this one to tell you the truth about what’s going on and warn you about the censorship that’s taking place.
