26 States in the US Now Allow For Concealed Carry Without a Permit

After Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill into law this week on Monday, eliminating the requirement for concealed carry permits, the US has become a nation where the majority of the states uphold this law.

National Rifle Association (NRA) Executive Director Randy Kozuch spoke up on this development, applauding DeSantis’ decision to help Floridians exercise their 2nd Amendment rights without any bureaucratic barriers stopping them.

Florida paves the way for other states once more

The state’s Senate vote on the bill was cast last week, after which it was sent over to DeSantis’ office for him to sign it this Monday. Seeing as there were already 25 constitutional carry states in the nation already, Florida’s law update broke the stalemate.

This change could be what we needed to continue advocating constitutional carry laws across the entire nation, which would ensure the 2nd Amendment rights of every American are protected at all times.

The libs aren’t happy about this one

The law is set to officially go into effect on July 1st this year, much to the dismay of the Democrats in the state.

No matter how you look at it, the bill is a step in the right direction, especially in times when Democrats are defunding our police, leaving average, law-abiding Americans to their own wits when it comes to dealing with violent crime.

On top of this, the law makes it so no one has to jump through dozens of hoops just to get something that’s within their rights.

Despite there being no solid evidence pointing at it, Democrats in the state are now claiming the law would lead to an increased amount of gun violence.

However, if you look at typically blue states like California, you’ll notice gun violence is a fairly common thing, even though their gun laws are as restrictive as they come.

In fact, the majority of criminals will buy a weapon illegally, which is exactly why gun control is so pointless. It only takes away the 2nd Amendment rights of hardworking Americans who need a way to protect themselves and their loved ones.
