When the Founders met to sign the Declaration of Independence in 1776, they were full of big dreams.
These great men dreamed of a nation free from tyranny and corruption, set apart by God from the evils of the Old World and Europe.
They envisioned a land of opportunity and promise. A land of brotherhood and strength.
A land of prosperity and – most of all – freedom.
Now, 245 years later, it’s time to reflect on the state of the nation.
Freedom Isn’t Free
When we hear that freedom isn’t free, many of us think of the sacrifices of our heroic men and women in uniform.
They deserve our respect and admiration each day that we get up safely to live another day in the greatest country of all time.
Freedom isn’t free also has a special meaning to every citizen:
It means that just doing what you want and not worrying about the rest of the country isn’t good enough. It means that you owe something to America for all it has given you.
What do you owe?
Patriotism, hard work, and loyalty.
Loyalty to the freedom it’s given you and to defend that freedom from those who would seek to destroy it.

Red Alert: Freedom is in Jeopardy
The coronavirus pandemic and lockdowns of the past 18 months have shown us that we can’t take freedom for granted.
Establishment bureaucrats and liberals who believe in the false promises of Marxism have tried to steal this country from the men and women who live and work in it.
They have shuttered our businesses, lied to our children, brainwashed us through the media, and disrespected our nation.
We must celebrate freedom and defend freedom against those who would seek to strip our rights away from us, defacing our flag and our patriotic heritage.
America has never been the land for the timid.
We are not Canada, bound to the Queen of England, or meekly bowing our heads in front of the dictates of an all-powerful liberal state.
We are free Americans! When you see those fireworks splash across the sky, remember that only the very few in the whole world were blessed enough by God to be born or immigrate to this nation.
The starbucks I go to had a rainbow flag and a trans flag hanging in the window on day 1 of “pride month” but there won’t be an American flag anywhere to be found on our INDEPENDENCE DAY.
Our country needs a drastic come to Jesus meeting. Now.

Forward to Freedom
I’m not going to lie to you. The coming days, months, and years will not be easy.
Patriots are opposed by powerful globalist forces who despise the United States and seek to destroy it from within.
However, during this time of challenge, we must remember that our forebears also stood for freedom when everything was arrayed against them.
Remember the words of Thomas Paine:
“These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.”
